WoW Gear Makeup is the website where you'll find the most amazing transmogrification sets to dress - or transmogrify - your World of Warcraft characters.
Why am I so certain about this? It's quite simple: the sets are being created and maintained by the community, by yourself too, and whoever can comment your creations!
This is the only website designed and developed just for this, no CMS adaptation, no hacks, only useful information and simple navigation.
It takes advantage of the MogIt addon for the game, using its chat links to import and export the sets, without considering the possibility to import them from WowHead comparison links too!
If you want to just start browsing the sets, click on a menu item on the left and choose the set which inspires you. All the information about that set will be shown in seconds, along with the 3D model viewer.
If you want to add or edit your sets, click on the login link in the top-right corner of the site, you'll have to login via one of the most common platforms, like Google, Yahoo or Wordpress using the OpenID technology. Don't worry about it: it's safer for you to gain access to the website this way, because you don't have to register to other websites giving personal data.

OpenID is an open standard that describes how users can be authenticated in a decentralized manner, eliminating the need for services to provide their own ad hoc systems and allowing users to consolidate their digital identities.
Used for: importing and exporting the sets.
MogIt is an in-game catalogue of transmogrification items with the aim of helping players build their own sets!
